By the end of March 2011, the two TBMs had constructed a total of 8,850 meters of ready tunnel (single track).
The archaeological excavation in the areas of VENIZELOU, AGHIAS SOFIAS and SYNTRIVANI stations is in progress.
The construction of the foundation slab at EFKLIDIS station is completed and the works of the construction of the rolling floor for the two TBMs are in progress.
The installation of the waterproofing system as well as the backfilling of the north roof slab are completed at FLEMING station.
