The scope of the Supply includes:<\/p>\n

The preparation of the DFD, the construction, supply, installation and commissioning of the Automatic Train Supervision System in the new Extensions of the Athens Metro Lines 2\u00a0& 3.<\/p>\n

The new extensions of the Metro Line 2 & 3 for which the aforementioned systems are to be installed are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
1.<\/td>\nExtension of Line 2: Agios Dimitrios – Elliniko<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
2.<\/td>\nExtension of Line 2: Agios Antonios – Anthoupoli<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
3.<\/td>\nExtension of Line 3: Egaleo – Haidari<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
4.<\/td>\nExtension of Line 3: Haidari – Piraeus\/Dimotiko Theatro<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
5.<\/td>\nCompletion of Line 3: Holargos, Nomismatokopio & Agia Paraskevi<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

\nModifications to the control center and the technical room of the OCC, as well as general modifications of the existing ATS system and other general adjustments.<\/p>\n

The scope of works of the Contractor shall include in particular the following, not limited to\u00a0that:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Preparation of the DFD of the new Extensions and works, as specified above, based on AM’sGFD level design and the contractual documents.<\/li>\n
  • Preparation of the DFD for the upgrading and the completion of ATS\/PIS systems and\u00a0equipment in the Operation Control Center\u00a0(OCC) as well as on the Lines in operation or under construction, including interfaces with the new Extensions.<\/li>\n
  • Ergonomy study and preparation of the DFD for the modification to the configuration of the operation\u00a0room at the\u00a0OCC, including the entire\u00a0furnishing.<\/li>\n
  • Supply and installation of the entire furnishing in the OCC room.<\/li>\n
  • Modification to the trackside and\/or to\u00a0the central systems in operation,\u00a0with regard to the software and their equipment, as required.<\/li>\n
  • Construction of the\u00a0ATS\/PIS equipment, including type tests and Worksite Acceptance Tests, commissioning of\u00a0ATS\/PIS equipment, participation in and provision of support\u00a0to the Trial operation.<\/li>\n
  • Supply and indoor\/outdoor storage of\u00a0ATS\/PIS equipment.<\/li>\n
  • Installation of\u00a0ATS\/PIS equipment.<\/li>\n
  • Decommissioning of equipment not needed and delivery of materials to AM.<\/li>\n
  • Participation in the testing and commissioning of other Contractors’ systems, with regard to\u00a0 ATS\/PIS systems and their interfaces.<\/li>\n
  • Maintenance activities for the entire warranty period.<\/li>\n
  • Three-Year Guarantee for good operation, the supply of the Spare Parts, Tools and the testing equipment, the Personnel Training,the maintenance and rectification of failures to the systems, the equipment\u00a0as well as\u00a0to the material to be used, \u00a0the compilation and delivery of the Documentation, the Maintenance and Operation Manuals and the \u201cAs Built\u201d Drawings for the entire scope of the Supply, in line with the stipulations of the Contract documents.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The equipment and the works of ATS and PIS Systems either to be delivered or to be upgraded within the framework of this contract\u00a0include in particular the following not limited to:<\/p>\n
