    The tender documents are posted on the website of ATTIKO METRO A.E., emetro.gr<\/a>, and are available to the interested parties against the fee of 10 Euros until June 25th 2012 during the workdays from 09:00 to 15:00.<\/li>\n

  2. Scope of the Tender
    \n<\/strong>The scope of this Tender is the selection of the Contractor for the cleaning of the ATTIKO METRO premises described in detail in the Tender Documents.<\/li>\n
  3. Contract Duration
    \n<\/strong>The duration of the Contract to be signed between ATTIKO METRO S.A. and the Contractor is twenty-four (24) months. ATTIKO METRO shall be entitled to unilaterally extent the duration of the Contract for a period of up to twelve (12) months.<\/li>\n
  4. Pre-estimated Contract Fee
    \n<\/strong>The total pre-estimated fee for the services provided by the Contractor amounts to Two Hundred and Forty Thousand (240,000) Euros, VAT excluded, for the entire twenty four (24)-month period.<\/li>\n
  5. Eligible to Participate
    \n<\/strong>Eligible to participate in the Tender are all economic operators (domestic and foreign) either individually or in the form of Joint Ventures whose scope of works is related to the Contract scope.<\/li>\n
  6. Tender Procedure
    \n<\/strong>The tender shall be based on the open procedure, while the summary of this Invitation shall be published in the Greek Press and in AM\u2019s webpage.<\/li>\n
  7. Criterion for the Award
    \n<\/strong>Criterion for the award of the Contract is \u201cthe most advantageous, from a financial point of view, offer\u201d that will ensue from the evaluation of the Technical and Financial Offers submitted by the Bidders.<\/li>\n
  8. Deadline for the Submission of Offers
    \n<\/strong>The deadline for the submission of the offers expires on Monday July 2nd 2012, at 12:00.
    \nThe Bidders are bound by their offer for a period of six (6) months after the expiry date for the submission of the offers.
    \nThe official language of the tender procedure is Greek.<\/li>\n
  9. Participation Letter of Guarantee
