The said square is to be delivered aesthetically advanced to the residents of Aghios Dimitrios Municipality tomorrow (Friday May 11 2007) (see photo No1).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The square is located close to Vouliagmenis Avenue, between Bouboulinas, Klearhou &amp; Efterpis Streets and the re-development of the area includes:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>A\u00a0 completely\u00a0 fenced\u00a0 playground\u00a0 with\u00a0 wooden\u00a0 toys\u00a0 and\u00a0 swings<\/li>\n<li>Planting\u00a0 of\u00a0 trees, bushes, flowers\u00a0 with\u00a0 the\u00a0 use\u00a0 of\u00a0 an\u00a0 automatic\u00a0 irrigation system<\/li>\n<li>Paving of sidewalks<\/li>\n<li>Integral lighting network<\/li>\n<li>Reinstatement\u00a0 of\u00a0 asphalt\u00a0 paving at a section of Klearhou Street<\/li>\n<li>Bollards on the sidewalks<\/li>\n<li>Installation\u00a0 of\u00a0 aesthetical\u00a0 litter\u00a0 bins<\/li>\n<li>Pergola at the eastern entrance of the Playground<\/li>\n<li>Wooden seats and benches<\/li>\n<li>Faucets of drinking water for the public<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.emetro.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/AM_Ag.Dimitrios_square.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1629 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.emetro.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/AM_Ag.Dimitrios_square.jpg\" alt=\"AM_Ag.Dimitrios_square\" width=\"250\" height=\"167\" \/><\/a>Moreover, ATTIKO METRO S.A., utilizing an\u00a0 area\u00a0 at\u00a0 the\u00a0 intersection\u00a0 of\u00a0 Papagou\u00a0 Street\u00a0 and\u00a0 Vouliagmenis\u00a0 Avenue\u00a0 (Aghios\u00a0 Dimitrios\u00a0 Municipality) where a ventilation shaft of Line 2 has been constructed, has already developed infrastructure for sport activities, which are used by young and old residents of the wider area on a daily basis.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In\u00a0 addition, in\u00a0 this\u00a0 area, ATTIKO\u00a0 METRO\u00a0 S.A. has recently installed a modern lighting system.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ATTIKO METRO S.A. has completed the development of Kakari Square, which was previously used as a worksite area for the construction of the Metro.
