{"id":21116,"date":"2021-07-23T16:35:57","date_gmt":"2021-07-23T13:35:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.emetro.gr?p=21116"},"modified":"2024-06-25T13:29:53","modified_gmt":"2024-06-25T10:29:53","slug":"thessaloniki-metro-venizelou-station-traffic-arrangements-3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.emetro.gr\/?p=21116&lang=en","title":{"rendered":"THESSALONIKI METRO: VENIZELOU STATION \u2013 Traffic arrangements"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>VENIZELOU<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Station<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Traffic<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>arrangements<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>In view of the execution of the works related to the construction of\u00a0<strong>VENIZELOU<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Station<\/strong>\u00a0neighboring with Hamza Bey (Alcazar), the following traffic arrangements shall be put into effect as of\u00a0<strong>Tuesday July 27<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a02021<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Vehicular<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>traffic<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>shall<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>be<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>interrupted<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>at<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>the<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>north<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>section<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>of<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Eletheriou<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Venizelou<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Steet<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>from<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>its<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>junction<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>with<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Egnatia<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Street<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>up<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>to Christou Vamvaka Street<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Vehicular traffic\u00a0<\/strong>at the north branch of Eleftheriou Venizelou\u00a0<strong>is reinstated through Antigonidon Street<\/strong>. Alternatively, Halkeon and Syngrou Streets shall be used as street diversions.<\/li>\n<li>The axis of Egnatia Street is shifted to the south throughout the width of the worksite occupation.<\/li>\n<li>All existing traffic regulations implemented in the framework of the construction of VENIZELOU Station still apply.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>In line with the pertinent decision of the Traffic Police, the aforementioned traffic arrangements shall be valid for a period of 12 months.
