In view of completing the works relating to the reinstatement of the Western Entrance of ILIOUPOLI Station, kindly be informed that, as of next Monday (13.09.2010) and until the end of October the following traffic arrangements will be implemented, namely:
- Vouliagmenis Avenue traffic lanes will be gradually limited from three (3) to two (2); more specifically, the right traffic lane in its direction towards Glyfada and its section between Parthenona and Lakonias Streets will be occupied.
- The width of Vouliagmenis Avenue’s right side-road, in its direction towards Glyfada and its section between Pindou and Lakonias Streets, will be limited to approximately 6 meters.
- The lanes of Pyrronos Street, in its direction towards Glyfada and at the point where it intersects Vouliagmenis Avenue, will be limited from three (3) to two (2).
In addition, in view of constructing a natural lighting shaft at ALIMOS Station, it is necessary to extend the worksite area by approximately 100 meters to Vouliagmenis Avenue’s side-road.
More specifically, as of next Monday (13.09.2010) and for a time period of approximately two months, the following arrangements will be implemented, namely:
- The circulation of all vehicles in Vouliagmenis Avenue side-road, in its section between Thermopylon and Alimountos Streets as well as in the ramp leading to Vouliagmenis Avenue from Kyprou Street (in-bound direction) will be prohibited.
